The BorgWarner EFR 6258 is the smallest and fastest-spooling model in the EFR series, ideal for projects prioritizing maximum fast spool-up with high efficiency and reliability. This turbo is particularly suitable for engines targeting a range of 225 to 450 HP in a single-turbo configuration, and significantly more in twin-turbo systems.

Turbine wheel made from Gamma-Ti (Titanium aluminide) superalloy – extremely lightweight, enables very fast turbocharger response

62 mm compressor wheel (FMW – Forged Milled Wheel) with high airflow and improved aerodynamics

Ceramic ball bearings with double row for minimal friction and high durability

Integrated blow-off valve, boost solenoid, and port for compressor speed sensor

Multiple turbine housing options available (T25, T4, V-Band, various A/R ratios) for optimal adaptation to the engine and project
