COMPETITION INTERCOOLER - TUBE & FIN - 600x450x100mm (76mm)

A series of intercoolers that brings a completely new generation of cooling cores with an excellent price-performance ratio. The advanced "Competition" core is characterized by precision manufacturing and extremely efficient cooling with minimal pressure drop.

Unlike the less efficient Bar-and-Plate designs, this core represents a further step forward – an even lighter construction with internal turbulence for maximum cooling effect and a lamellar structure that optimally utilizes airflow.
The perfect balance between cooling efficiency, weight, strength and price.

The tank housings are made from 3mm thick die-cast aluminium and can withstand very high charging pressures. All models come with a matt finish (instead of a high gloss finish) and each intercooler is pressure tested to withstand pressures of up to 5 bar.

*Note: The core dimensions listed in the name are for comparison purposes only with conventional Bar-and-Plate intercoolers. Although Fin-and-Tube cores physically take up slightly less volume, due to better construction and more efficient cooling, they offer the same – or better – level of performance with less weight and faster response.
