Keep your engine’s cool with style. This 52mm high-visibility digital gauge serves as both a monitor and a controller, automatically triggering single/twin fans or your EWP^® at the exact temperature you decide.

Whether you're cruising or pushing your 4WD to the limit, the DC0500 offers precision management with an extra-long 380cm sensor wire. Compatible with 12V and 24V systems (24V requires 2x DC10534 relays).

• Dual Independent Control: Set different start temperatures for Fan 1 and Fan 2.
• Manual Overrides: Dedicated A/C override and manual "Off" mode for extreme situations like river crossings.
• Intelligent Alarms: Audible warning for over-temperature with a 5-minute snooze feature.

NOTE: The kit is standardly set up for air temperature sensor application. For water / coolant applications, please read the options below:

• Option A: Air Temperature (Standard) – The non-invasive method. Place the temperature probe into the radiator fin section as close to the hot coolant inlet as possible. Perfect for a quick DIY install without draining any fluids.
• Option B: Liquid Coolant (Professional) – For direct liquid readings, you can place the sensor into the coolant stream. Use kit DC0465 for an OE-style 1/4" NPT port install (in the block or radiator tank) or kit DC0409 for a sleek radiator hose integration.
• Option C: Transmission Fluid – To monitor your ATF, combine the sensor with the DC0465 adapter and a 1/4" NPT Female Tee fitting (sourced separately) into your cooler lines.
